Labour Party Member Application





The Labour Party is delighted to announce that our Annual Conference will take place from 28 September - 1 October 2025 in Liverpool.

To attend Annual Conference 2025, all Members must have 12 months continunous membership. 


You must have joined the party on or before 25 July 2024 and have a current, up-to-date membership.

Balcony Passes:


Balcony passes allow access to the main hall to watch speeches and access to the exhibition hall and fringe events.


Please note that access to the Leader's Speech will be by ticket only, and a balcony pass will not guarantee entry. Members can enter the ballot for a ticket during the application process and will be contacted if successful.


Prices:


Full Week Pass - £125

Full Week Pass (retired or unwaged) - £75

Day Pass - £65 per day

Day Pass (retired or unwaged) - £40

Young Member Pass (Sunday only) - £15


Prices include a £5 Carbon Offsetting fee.

Sir Keir Starmer's Leader's Speech: Tuesday 30 September

Deputy Leader Angela Rayner's Speech: Sunday 28 September

Chancellor Rachel Reeves' Speech: Monday 29 September

Members with balcony access can enter into the ballot for Leader's Speech by ticking the option box on their application.  Please be aware we are expecting a very high level of demand and space is extremely limited.
