The Annual Conference is a fantastic opportunity to network and participate in one of the largest political events in Europe. You can engage with politicians, Labour Party members, senior business leaders, third sector representatives and academics through a variety of events and activities.

Commercial Balcony Pass
A balcony pass allows access to the main hall to watch speeches, as well as access to the exhibition and fringe events.

Full-week pass - £2,355
Day pass - £865 (price per day)
Prices include a £5 Carbon Offsetting fee.

- Opportunity to attend Conference key note addresses

Promoting your Organisation’s Current Campaign:
We offer a variety of advertising options to help promote your campaign, including:
- Advertising in our 200-page, full-colour Conference Magazine: Distributed to delegates in August, the magazine includes editorials, fringe, and exhibition listings—an essential guide for anyone attending the Conference. Your advert will appear in both the printed and digital version of the Conference Magazine.
- Showcasing your campaign on our highly successful Conference App: With 1 million visits in 2024, the app provides attendees with all the information they need to create a personalised agenda, featuring key speeches, debates, and fringe meetings. A number of banner adverts are available within the app's key screens such as the Exhibition and Fringe pages.
- Digital advertising screens: Digital screens around the exhibition hall, on stands, in high footfall areas and within the lounges. When main hall isn't in session, these screens show rolling adverts.

Accreditation
To join us for Annual Conference in Liverpool you will need to apply for accreditation. Commercial visitor passes at Annual Conference 2024 sold out before the final deadline; given demand is expected to remain high this year, we suggest applying for your pass early to avoid disappointment.
